IMPLAN.com Support Options
The Minnesota IMPLAN Group has several different options for support:
1. The IMPLAN Knowledge Base(KB): The KB is a well organized listing of the most frequently asked questions and how to guides that make up the IMPLAN manual. The KB is the most up-to-date information about the IMPLAN software, data and best analyses practices. Users can browse, search or read as a book the full extent of IMPLANS documentation.
2. The IMPLAN Support Forum: The support forum is for users that have project specific questions or are unable to find the answers to their questions in the Knowledge Base. The IMPLAN staff makes every effort to answer all questions within 2-4 business hours week days.
3. The IMPLAN Videos: The IMPLAN videos are a collection of "how to" videos covering many frequently asked questions.
